Android Question How implement Tab

I use Tab in my app looklike attachment picture
For each page i use activity and when i click on tab,it start related activity
Is it optimized way or it need to use viewpager for movement between pages?

What I mean is, it's up to you and depends on your app, using a ViewPager might not be appropriate but using separate activities, or the other way around.

Yes i use activity,But movement between activity is slow (i guess 200ms when startactivity)
How decrease this slow movement?
