Some pay only per install some per click. You should not calculate it like this x views will do x money.
It really depends where your app will be used.
If its in usa, europe u will get high imperesion rpm. If your app run in india then u will not make much money.
U can make very nice income from a 100k app that most users are from usa and europe.

I want use google android vision for OCR.
The cost of OCR for text is USD 1 per 1000 OCR.
-- Cost of OCR USD 0.001.
-- Gain per view USD 0.00021.
So my app is not possible.
U$2,33 per 1000 views (RPM)
0,5 to 0,50 per click (CPC)

Each user uses the app at least once a week.
Each time you use the app it will consume an OCR request from google cloud vision.
I paid $ 1 per 1000 ocr.
Would the app be profitable?

not bad. i get only $1.33/1000 impressions (RPM) for last month and if i calculate for the whole time (about 3.5 years) i have 0.94$/1000 impressions
i had so many projects that should get 1 million downloads but until now none of them did.
Sorry I changed to 100.000 must realistic.
i am not sure it will be very profitable. it's better to build an app that does not lead cost per usage unless u charge for it.
this may be a to big risk to take. you should consider it again. (in my opinion)
