B4J Question How to change the taskbar preview image when we hover the icon?

Hi guys...

Is there a way to change the image preview that is showed when the user hover the taskbar icon?

I would like to replace it by a snapshot of a previous form state.

I'm not sure. Have you added jSystemTray library to your project? And added an icon with SystemTray.AddTrayIcon?

Not yet, but I think I have found a workaround.
My MainForm is set as Utility and placed outside the visible area. I then use a transparent Form to hold the actual "Form" Pane. The issue about this solution is that when we hover the taskbar (not the system tray), the preview is based on the MainForm and thus is blank.

I think you are refering to a Windowsfeature. The Previewwindow comes from Windows
i dont know wheter there is an Windows api for that (Changing the previewwindow)

I have thought of a possible workaround based on snapshot, I will try it tonight.

ETA: It is not a Solution but maybe a good start to find maybe a library for this. Or some code you could adapt.
