Android Question How to coding OCR by B4A if I have OCR engine already?

Hi all,
I've just download NECTEC's Thai Ocr app for test,he use Perceptron as OCR engine. I would like to coding by b4a alike to coding TTS tutorial. How do I use it,and coding by b4a?

P.S. This problem is not only Thai language,it concern about other languages too.
