Android Question How to create a book app

I want to make a book apps.
The book app is about 'Water Rules and Act' where there is a lot of reference links.
The link will pop up immediately after clicking the link in the same window.
How I can develop a book APK. using b4a.
Please share with me a sample project file and guideline.

While I usually don't recommend using WebView to build the layout, in the case of text content with many reference links it makes sense to use WebView with HTML.
