How to create adapters through Virtual Box Manager

I tried to set Network for a builddroid on Virtual Box on a Win7 host PC. But I am not able to select a name as the attached Host-only Adapter.

I am wondering how to create adapters using global network settings in the virtual machine manager window.

Please help.

Select bridged mode to make it appear on your network as just another machine.
