B4J Question how to create my hotspot

I need to create a hotspot with a desktop app and create a list with severals devices which can be connected to my hotspot, my app must notify wich device was disconnected and send a message to any devices connected. It is possible? How can I do it?

There is no API to create a hotspot. You might be able to do it using jShell and a batch file.
