Android Question How to develop an application multilingue ?

Hi all !
I am a new user to B4A and new to this forum.
I've developed a medical application, I would like to see in several language (French, English, Spanish).
Only here. I followed a tutorial here on the state manager. that allowed me to take off. but I can't have access to the events of the checkbox to change by end. how do so that, once the application is installed, the user can make the choice of the language just by checking a checkbox on this subject ?

J'avais deja téléchargé AH locale mais je n'ai pas su l'adapter à mon cas.
J'avais quelque part lu sur le forum qu'il fallait traduire les fichiers et les mettre dans un dossiers xmls.
Concrètement comment faire pour que les texts des labels puissent être traduit ?
