iOS Question how to distribute my b4i app to actual device

hi
i am new to b4i and i have code my app with local mac with simulator. now i want to test my app with actual iphone device so what steps to follow for that

i just want to distribute ipa file like apk in android. i do not want to upload my app to itunes. is there any way i just give ipa file to my user to run it on there iphone.

OK below is first step
1. Add the beta tester device UDID to the provision file and download the updated file.

so how to create provision file from hosted builder i do not have apple developer paid account

then is it possible to install IPA file if i have UDID of device but do not have developer account.
if yes then what will be the procedure
