Android Question How to edit properties of shortcut of B4A for b4a.ini file

The first time ,I created b4a.ini in B4XAdditionLibsAndSharedModules\AdditionalLibs\B4a\CustomINI and renamed the old
shortcut of B4A as B4A1,and then installed the new version and ticked creating shortcut.( Now I have ready 2 shortcuts of B4A)
the lastest time,I have tried to edit properties of shortcut as following Erel's advice,but I can't do it.

Right click on the shortcut - properties and set the ini file in the Target field:

"C:\Program Files\Anywhere Software\B4A\B4A.exe" -INI=C:\Users\H\Downloads\test.ini
