Android Question How to enable /disable flight mode on android programetically

Hi,

I have rooted devices, i need below functions to get and set on android. can anyone help

Flight mode(check if device is flight mode enabled or not) and set flight mode on/off
Data on/off (check if device is Data session mode enabled or not) and set data session mode on/off
Wifi (check if device is Wifi session mode enabled or not) and set Wifi session mode on/off
Auto calling
