Android Question How to get pixel color on screen

Hi,
if the pixel Color in the lower screen can be gotten, my app can perfectly match the time of NetFlix
The screen of NetFlix is not black anymore when it is starting playing. therefore, need to detect the pixel color
on the screen.

the NetFlix is on the lower screen of split-screen. My app is in the upper one

If you get the bitmap of the screen, you can use BitMapCreator to get the color.

I couldn't get the whole screen, only I can get is my own app screen.

just wondering how do those apps on the app store make it possible to screenshot the whole screen?

After some searching, it would appear that it is possible (Android 11, API 30) but beyond me. Here is a link. Maybe Erel can help.
