iOS Question how to let a panel with a textfield move with keyboard

i use KeyboardStateChanged event to measure the keyboard height,then move the panel at the top of keyboard ,but some special keyboard may measure incorrectly,like this

but when i change the other input method ,it is true

could you tell me a way to solve it or give me a other method about it ???
