Android Question How to make items size similar to both big screen and small screen

Please

if i create app with big screen device, all is good.
But when i run my app on small screen devices, items (such as: button , text size , cardview size) they are all change.

so , please help me
i wanna make my items size on app are all same in big screen and small screen.
