Android Question How to publish on the Play Store with signing?

I have finished my application, and now I want to upload it to the Play Store, but I see that it is quite a complex process this year. First, there's the testing part, and now I've come across the signing issues, but I don't know what to do about generating the file (file.aab). I'm new to this; could someone help me understand how to approach it?
