1. STOP SHOUTING!!!
Writing uppercased is considered as shouting.
2. Use the forum search. It is handled multiple times. I´m sure you´ll find a lot of answers

I don't know that upper case means shouting i always write in upper case i am not native English. Thanks that you increase my knowledge.
so now tell me how i can use external memory card i already give the permission in manifest but i am not able to create folder. i am using Note 7 with the version of 6.0.1 if you can help me thanks

again. Search the forum! This is handled a lot of times. Even think over the new permissionsystem in Android 6+. Search for runtimepermission too

i Search the forum but i found only maximum link how to ext. SD Card write on Android 4.4. but this not working and i cannot create the folder and copy the file the folder

There is a single folder in the sd card where you can write to. You can find it with RuntimePermissions.GetAllSafeDirsExternal.
