How to use progressbar?

I cannot find a tuto to use Progressbar

Can anybody show me a bit of code with ProgressBar

All you can do with it is use

Name.Progress

to set, or get how much of it is loaded.

I don't think there are more uses for it.

To hide
ProgressDialogHide

I believe that the media player tutorial uses the SeekBar rather than the ProgressBar.
