Is the IDE still running when you try to update?
Error 32 is: ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION 32 (0x20) - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Dear Manfred,
In order to make sure that everything is close, I shut down the PC and reboot again. Then I run B4A.exe again. The error still there. Just now, I shut down PC again, reboot and run it again, error still happened. I don't know how to do it now.

Based on the error it fails to overwrite the old version. You can install it in a different folder.

Before I installed the newest version of B4A.exe I run the firebase test program. I don't know this process will cause the problem or not.
