Wish IDE functionality on a touch screen computer

A little minor wish.

My main development PC is KB&M only however I also use a laptop which has a touch screen.

When I use the touch option within the IDE (in the code block) my code gets highlighted rather than scrolling up or down.

I know I can touch the slider to do this but I'm far more likely to want to scroll through my code with a touch than highlight anything so I'd personally prefer to be able to scroll by swiping the code area.

Could we have an option to swap from highlight to scroll?

The IDE text visualization is based on a third party library. The version used doesn't support touch scrolling. I guess that we will update at some point and it will then be supported.
It is not a simple update.
