Wish IDE, hover for value in debug

Instead of showing the value of variable etc on on a separate panel, being able to hover over the code,and see the value seems easier, as well as if it is a class, being able to + to open and examine internal values is very useful

Note that when you hover over a variable the variables list jumps to this variable and opens it. The reason that currently it doesn't show as a tooltip is that it will require a more sophisticated tooltip with a tree similar to the one that available in the list.

I did know that, however from a user interface point of view, having to move your eyes down to a different panel in order to see the value is distracting.
