Wish IDE warning for 'caseless' case in Select-Case

I found out about the handling of 'caseless' cases in Select-Case blocks after a typo on my part.

My wish is for a warning in the IDE if this occurs, and/or for the B4X Language booklet to be updated with a note about how this is handled in B4X.

It will be fixed. It should have been a compiler error.
