Android Question In-App Review Library / com.google.android.play:core ?

I need help implementing the In-App Review library at https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/in-app-review-library.120968/#content.

I am stuck with this statement:

To install Play Core library start SDK Manager and in search field type: com.google.android.play:core and install it.

When I launch the SDK Manager, and try to type com.google.android.play:core in the search box and click on AVD Manager, I get this below.

I will appreciate help dealing with that.
