Android Question Input or select text in field of PreferencesDialog

In the PreferencesDialog we have the color field, in which I can input the value or pick from a pallete.

Can I use this approach in another field, where I can input the user address or pick from a map with a list of default address?

There is no such input field in B4XPreferencesDialog. If you are adventurous you can extract the source code from the b4xlib (=zip file) and modify it.
