first impression not so great...
I downloaded a demo version and when settuing up paths I got an error: Invalid Path. Look like all 3 fields are pointing to the right places as I can easily locate listed files in there. any suggestions ?

Have you installed Android SDK level 8 (2.2)?
Do you get this message when you close the paths configuration dialog?

yes, I have all the add-on components installed, because I was working with the other tools (MobyTools, PhoneGap ) and everything compiles OK.

Yes - the message pops up when I enter all 3 pathnames and click OK

The paths should point to the actual files (javac.exe and android.jar). You can use the browse buttons to choose the files.

BTW, there is no need to configure the additional libraries folder to the internal folder.
