Internal help

Basic4android will include an improved internal help system.
In many cases a "tooltip" balloon will show up with the available information, including examples.

This balloon pops up after writing Canvas.DrawBitmap(

1. Most tool tips are much smaller.
2. If you press Escape when a tooltip is open it will be hidden and will not show up until the next time you press '('.

Don't know yet. The focus is now on Basic4android, it is hard to tell how things will evolve.
