iOS Question IOS Onboard Camera App

Hello All
Is it possible to launch the onboard camera app which has the editing features that the client wants without leaving my own app? If someone can point me in the right direction this cranky old Canuck will figure out the rest.

The camera picker can be configured to allow cropping. Other editing features are not supported.

I can update the iMedia library if cropping is needed.

The required features from the client are cropping, adding a text box and using a highlighter. Whichever of the three you can help with would be most appreciated as always
