Android Question is runtimepermission.GetSafeDirDefaultExternal("") always writable?

Hello devs,
as for title, I would like to know if the returned path from runtimepermission.GetSafeDirDefaultExternal is writable for sure in every device.

No. You should check that File.ExternalWritable returns true.

BTW, in most cases the default folder should be File.DirInternal. This is the safest place.
