Can't be. Scheduling a service will cancel previous calls.
Check it again.

You can cancel it yourself with CancelScheduledService.

Strange things happen. I have a service, when StartServiceAt lapses it plays a song. Sometimes i can hear two performances of the same song, one delayed about one tenth of second.
If only one start can be scheduled I'll look for another cause.
