No, there are none. I had to write my own synchronization between SQlite & MySQL.
I'll see if the code can be shared or not (I'm afraid I made it too specific to my app).

Not exactly true. You can use jRDC2 to communicate with the remote database. You can use CloudKVS for a complete solution (not relevant if you want to synchronize with an existing db).
