No. You need to use a real board.

For B4R there is not but if you want to try your luck directly with Arduino code loosing all the benefits of B4X universe you can try Tinkercad.

Edit - Make sure you will go to the circuits part of the site.

As already mentioned earlier in some very old post, I use Proteus for simulating Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega peripheral devices too.
