iOS Question Issue with UIFileSharingEnabled

Hi,

I have been using this functionality for several years, now I realize that it no longer works, at least since iOS 16+.

Make your app files accessible with Files app

#PlistExtra: LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlaceUIFileSharingEnabled All files in File.DirDocuments / XUI.DefaultFolder will be accessible from the Files app (and iTunes as well).

I can no longer see the file folder of my apps with the "File" app.

Do you have to use something else from iOS 16+?

I can see all folders from my Mac-Mini, but not from my iPhone.

Ok, now I know why.
For the folder to be visible, it must contain at least one file.
But it is strange that all folders are still visible on the Mac-Mini.
But is this the right way to go?
Because if the folder does not exist, the user cannot copy any files.

I guess that this is how this feature behaves. It is not something that you can control from your code.
