Keyboard hide

Hello Folks special greetings Klaus

I have now come pretty far with my first application, see attached.

This has been done with much help from Klaus.

I do however have difficulties to get the keyboard to go away after inputting the diameter value.
I would like the keyboard to disappear after pressing ENTER

Any help would be appriciated

I have earlier found the link you point out, but I dont get how to ( where to) put the command into my code

I just tried your app on my tablet and after I enter a number and press Done on the keyboard, it already goes away by itself.

If you want the keyboard to go away when the user presses your Calculate key instead of the keyboard's Done key, then enter the code I gave you into the btnCalculate_Click sub

Hello Folks

In the emulator the keyboard hide after done (...ForceDoneButton = True)

But on my HTC Desire Z, It stays open until I hit the "Back" key

We have found that sometimes a HideKeyboard command isn't sufficient and a DoEvents command is necessary immediately before and after it.

The latest version is part of Basic4android v1.6. If you like, send me an email and I'll send you the updated phone library. Note that it is not fully compatible with B4A v1.5.
