Android Question Label1.SetTopAndBottom bug?

check out item.bal and look into the Label1.SetTopAndBottom(60%y, 100%y -1dip) code. Panel 1 height is higher than others. Look at the position of label1 and its height did not fill down to 100%y.

The view is resized based on it's parent I think.
