Android Question Layout file missing ?

I create model and layout .bal but give me this warning and not work the layout what i created
Layout file "name file " not used . are you missing a call to activity.loadlayout #16 warning ?

Did you load the layout in the code ?

Did you use a code line like this in Activity_Create:
Activity.LoadLayout(LayoutName)

Have read the Beginner's Guide ?
