You should use ObjectBrowser
There is no official Database externally though there is an XLS file somewhere in the forum with a List of all Library made by one of the Members.

You can find all Libraries using the Forumsearch.

ahh, interesting tool, thanks, it seams all is based on each .xml files in the Libraries folder.
