Android Question LiveEdgeDetection Not Working

Hi everyone, i need something to scan a document through the camera..
I found this library from @Johan Schoeman but it seems to not working..
i put a White sheet on a Black baground (that i think it's the best condition) and it remains like so:

You need to compile your own library from the source code.
