Question or wish : It would be great to confirm a warning ! and hide it from the vertical scroll bar

The error log returns a warning on this sub :
Return type should be set explicitly warning #3

what is wrong with this statement...

1. You should change the sub signature to:

Sub pnl_adv_Touch (Action As Int, X As Float, Y As Float) As Boolean '<------- return type

2. I don't get any warning with this sub.
