lollipop and debugger

I had an issue with my gt900f and had to reflash it.
It was on lollipop and the debugger worked just fine. Now, still on lollipop but different ROM, the debugger doesn't work. Dev options are on... The idea just says it couldn't connect to "main"...
Any help is appreciated.

Are you using usb debug mode?

Sorry Erel...it was the logcat that was disabled in my kernel... Custom ROM can play tricks on you
