I'm already using your modified B4ASDKManager, thanks
What I do not understand is that obviously there is a problem and nobody says anything?
at home version 8.50 with Android 24 works but above 27 or 28 I have this error and he does not want to upset many people I do not think I should be forced to use other files

About next releases. Let's hope that Erel will post the source code, when he will change SDKManager.
My changes include some statements only. If you compare two releases (posted by Erel and by me), you will see changes.

About your troubles .... I installed 8.50 and alone, what I did - I changed B4ASDKManager.jar. Nothing more.
When you click "Screen Sizes" do you see Nexus/Pixel phones ? If not, you didn't replace B4ASDKManager.jar.

As I understand, everything worked in 8.30. What additional you did, except installing 8.50 over 8.30 ?

For your information
1) I use previously B4A 8.50 beta # 1 and Android24
2) I made an Android studio update
3) Then I received by email the version B4A 8.50 to install.
4) I have installed and updated SDK Manager
5) I install in ADV android 27
And start having the mistake
You have all the steps
Today I remove Android studio and create a new folder for the SDK specific to B4A
And i use your B4AManager of course

If you install in SDK manager "recommended" only, then you lost a lot.
You need to look each platform xx (28, 27, 26 ...) and to install Android SDK Platform xx and Google Play Intel x86 Atom System Image ... (Android xx)

Then take a look https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/modified-sdk-avdmanager.96022/ and setup skins (I asume that you already replaced SDK manager)

Now start AVD manager. Take a look screen sizes and platforms. If you see Nexus/Pixel and all platforms, which you installed, make AVDs.
