I've gone through the forum multiple times and followed all the instructions, including reinstalling B4A, but I still can't resolve the issue. I'm reaching out to you for assistance. I have a screenshot of the error, and I hope you can help. Thank you very much!

Why do you still use such an old B4A version?
I would suggest you a complete reinstall.
Note that you must follow all the steps AND download everything new from the installation guide:
- B4A 13
- Java 19
- New SDK + Resources
Only 64bit systems are supported.
If you have a 32bit system wait.

I understand what you mean but I previously tried the latest version, but since I have production apps that require occasional updates, I decided to revert to the previous version, which still runs the apps we use in the company. Recently, I needed to try something new, so I had to download using the SDK manager. After that, an error started appearing. I reinstalled it to try to fix the issue, but the error persists.

Thank you for your concern Gracias!

Upgrading to newer B4A version should be totally compatible with your older projects.
But to have older B4A version to work you even need to have the relative older Android SDK + Resources.
If you still have your old SDK folder be sure to point to that one in Configuration Paths.
Hope you can solve it.

And remember even to point to the right SDKMANAGER.BAT in the correct SDK folder if you have your older one.
