Android Question Microphone not initializing in the background mode (SDK 34)

When the application is removed from recent app, the service is executed using StartServiceAtExact, but the AudioStreamer can no longer turn on the phone's microphone. What could be the problem? Additionally, I am using SDK 34
Have new restrictions been introduced in Android 14?
