In the modules pane when you filter it you lose the bookmarks and breakpoints list. You have to clear the filter field to expose them. Also you lose the groups on filtering. For big projects where something like the string "_Click" is searched for you can end up with very long lists. It would be nice to keep the groups active and be able to minimize the ones that aren't of interest.
