Mouse Pointer Control for Android

Hey guys,

Sorry if this has been covered, but I couldn't find anything after extensive searching. Hope someone can help

Basically I'm looking for a way to manipulate the mouse in Android. When you plug in an external mouse to the USB, a pointer comes up which can be used instead of touch input and gives you more precision/mouseover control.

Basically I was hoping for a way to control this mouse pointer programmatically - creating a virtual touchpad. I can't find any documentation on controlling that pointer though, so would it please be possible for someone to point me in the right direction?

I'm pretty sure that it is not possible. The pointer is handled internally by the OS.

Based on my experience programming on larger Android based boards I have not been able to control mouse.

Did find this though ... may help r may not ... have not checked it personally?
