Your rating in some key regions is likely to change

To improve the usefulness of ratings, we're changing how Google Play calculates them. From November 2021 users on phones will see ratings that come from other users in their country.
Based on current data, the list below details how the rating displayed for <my.app.package> may change in key countries and regions (ones that account for at least 5% of your listing visitors). To help you evaluate these changes, we've also included the median-average rating change in each region for apps or games like yours:
Changes to ratings for your app in other key countries or regions are likely to be minimal.
- Nigeria: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
- Algeria: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
- Pakistan: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
- Bangladesh: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
- Japan: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
- Indonesia: will not display ratings until you have more submitted from there.
To understand your users' experiences, you can check your country/region ratings and evaluate your reviews.

One of my apps (I don't have much actually) used to be low rated by some users in a specific country and I think this is a bad thing and not fair. I suspected the low ratings came from developers having similar apps or they have bad taste. ?
Thanks Google
