The PCB manufacturer only supplies the circuit board, you have to buy and solder all the components yourself.
yes and no, you also can order PCBA.

Thank you ..
If I design PCB circuit including esp32 ,relay and any other shields/modules, How much the final cost will be? I guess these shields should be provided by PCB manufacturer?
I utilize Seeedstudio for prototypes, and for larger quantities (1000+ PCBs), I turn to PS Electronics (asiacircuit.com those guys can give you a discount ask me if needed.).
To estimate the cost for a prototype, you can use their tool. As a reference, approximately Edit: * US$5 + shipping for 10 PCBs of 5x5cm, 2 layers.

Great job.. thanks for sharing..
In 1989 I worked for a company called something Dynamics, in East New York ?
I was asked to solve a problem to stop criminals from stealing the money of a Mafia company.. of course the didn't tell me they were Mafia! But in fact they were. Without going into details I ordered OrCAD PCB Layout and Schematic Capture software. More than $500 at that time, and started climbing the learning curve. It was so intuitive and easy to use.. the PCB could automatically execute up to 16 layers but I only wanted two. I used Zilog's Z-80 CPU. I loved that animal specially for the separate data and address pins and the few instruction set (only 70 basic instructions).
I used EPROM programmer and punched the program in hexa-decimal. To branch to a subroutine you must calculate destination address manually using one's and two's complement.. but I didn't care about the hassle because I was still young and had enough energy. Now all this is history and we are using Arduino and B4R so we only concentrate on the software.

Please pardon any typo

Just for the fun of the thing. :)

Chinese manufacturers are very friendly and flexible. They let me go inside and work with engineers!.. they make the PCB and solder the SMT components for you for free, including the SMT components cost (they order the components) or for a little more money they do all the soldering and testing for you.
Cost depends on number of layers, size of the board, components cost and board quality. they have two sets of prices.. samples and production. samples are a little expensive because they do the soldering manually. 10 samples fully soldered and tested will cost you about 600 Yuan.. (about $100).

Do you know any Greek Manufacturer. I have a robotics team in my school for the cansat contest and i will need a fast delivery when our pcb will be ready.

I had Googled for it. And there are 2 or 3 I found but they are not that fair in the matter of cost. We are talking about 30 EUR for just a prototype if I recall correctly. Are they nuts?

Here are some links I googled again. You can google for "pcb ελλάδα"

Maybe since it is for educative purposes you can nagotiate with them a better price or free of charge with promise of "Sponsor Focus Shout Out" on Presentation.

Hi Flippo,
I think PCB manufacturers supply at least the PCB with the SMT components soldered. Part of the PCB cost. At least the ones I experienced with.

Yes, you're right, I had overlooked it.
