Android Question Navigationbar pops up with OS GUI elements

If I use progressDialogShow and other system gui elements like messageboxes, the navigationbar show up. Even in Immersive and kiosk mode.
How can i prevent this?

Don't use these dialogs. Use B4XDialog which is made of a simple panel.

You can create a dialog with any layout you like.
