Need help with error message

I'm just bringing up B4A and trying to run the "Hello World" example. When I attempt to build the project, I get this error message:

Generating R file. Error
AndroidManifest.xml:2: error: No resource identifier found for attribute 'installLocation' in package 'android'

Can someone explain what I might be doing wrong?
