iOS Question Need more info on hosted builders

I might in the near future do IOS. I am trying to get a detail info on this hosted builders.

If we create libraries, i read somewhere it needs to be uploaded to hosted builders? Can you point me out for more info with hosted builders.

Another little hurdle you might run into (thanks, Apple) is that Bluetooth classic serial SPP is not as open to small developers as it is on Android. Hence the multitude of eBay listings for Bluetooth wireless relays with:
