Wish New extension for layout file in b4a v6.50

Actually is a suggestion.

As earlier versions of b4a can not open a '.bal' file of v6.50 and above it would help if the extension is different in newer versions

The layout file structure can change from time to time. It is always backwards compatible = you can load layout files created with B4A v1.0 in the latest version of B4A.

There will not be a different extension.
