I find it a very useful and interesting functionality and I see its operation in the examples that I download from the forum.

However, with the code that I write, it does not work. Do I have to add some special code or activate some configuration?

You should start a new thread if you have any issues. Make sure to post all relevant infos.
Are you using b4a bridge or usb-debugging?

I´m usually using USB Debugging. But @work i also use B4A Bridge.
It is working for me in both ways.

It worked for me only after recompiling an existing app with the new ide. Connecting to an existing app to watch logs (without recompiling) doesn't allow jumps to the logged lines

This is true. It only works when you run the app from the IDE.

I run the app from the IDE and use the latest version of B4A but I do not understand anything. In the examples that I download from the forum, the functionality works perfectly, but when I create an app with a new code, I can not get it to work.

I just created a new app to test just this topic. It has two activities, in Main it works but in the other it does not.

I tried your project, with B4A version 8.80.
And it works as expected!

You need to click onto arrow to jump to the line
